Meditation is one of the fundamental aspects of yoga practice, allowing for a true encounter with oneself. This ten-week workshop offers a journey to understand and practice meditation. Through the study and practice of various meditation techniques, you will gain a better understanding of the benefits and effects of meditation, as well as develop tools to better handle the difficulties encountered during practice.
Built on a progressive pathway, this journey will help you integrate a more regular practice into your daily life and allow you to deepen your personal meditation journey.
This course offers continuing education hours for certified 200-hour yoga teachers. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the entire course and an exam.
