For several months, the entire Equilibre Studio team has been working hard to open this new studio. We are eager to welcome you and see this space come to life.

This large studio features three beautiful, bright rooms equipped with modern, high-quality equipment where you can practice various disciplines of your choice: Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre Fitness, Pilates Circuit, etc. Each room is designed to provide a soothing and energizing atmosphere, perfect for your sessions.

Schedule for July - August

Discover the schedule for the Saint-Lambert studio from Monday, July 15 to September 1. For the opening, we have introduced 4 different disciplines: Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Pilates Circuit, and Barre Fitness. The number of classes offered will double starting in September.

To allow you to discover all our classes, we are offering a special reduced rate for the opening of the studio! This promotion is valid on all drop-in classes (Liberté and Liberté Plus) only at the Saint-Lambert studio. Classes are valid for 1 year.

Saint-Lambert Studio Registration

A new registration management software is being implemented: Bsport.This software is initially deployed at Saint-Lambert. If the results are satisfactory, we plan to extend its use to all our studios.

New Client Registration

Here are the steps to purchase and book classes at the Saint-Lambert studio:
1. Click on the button below.
2. Choose the package of your choice (the 30% discount is already applied) and click "Add to Cart".
3. Create an account on Bsport (if you already have one, you can log in directly).
4. Reserve your spot in the class.
5. Classes purchased with the 30% discount are valid only at the Saint-Lambert studio for 1 year.

New client registration

Already a Studio Équilibre client with Mindbody?

You have 2 options:
1. Create a Bsport account and take advantage of the opening promotion of -30% off drop-in classes at Saint-Lambert. This is more advantageous than using previously purchased classes that you can use at other studios.

  • Transfer your à la carte classes (Liberty and Liberty Plus) or extend your unlimited package purchased on Mindbody to Bsport:

  • Create your account on Bsport using the same email address as Mindbody.

  • Email customer service at: info@equilibrestudio.com. For à la carte classes, please specify the number of classes and the type (Liberty or Liberty Plus) you wish to transfer.
