We have magnificent classrooms and treatment rooms. We invite you to discover all our studios and rooms, and choose the one that's right for you.
Rentals are for a minimum of 6 hours, in one or more installments. Rental includes all accessories required for your workout: yoga and pilates mats, chairs, blocks, straps, bolsters, rollers, elastics, balls, balls & blankets etc. We also have a range of Pilates equipment available in certain rooms: Reformers and MOTR for group classes, Cadillac, Chaise & Baril for private classes.

We inform you that it is not possible to rent our rooms from Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, as they are reserved for our group classes. If you wish to make a reservation outside of these hours, we invite you to fill out the form below.
Studio Mount-Royal, in the heart of the Plateau, located at 1565 ave Mont-Royal Est (corner Fabre), occupies a majestic premises of over 5000sq.ft., divided into 5 rooms: 3 training rooms, 1 treatment room and 1 room for private classes. Amenities: Second floor (private staircase), Large reception area with desk, Filtered water, Water fountain, Air conditioning, Free wireless Internet/Wi-Fi, Sound system, Women’s locker room with bathroom, showers and locker, Men’s locker room with bathroom, showers and locker.
ROOM 1 ON STREET: This is the room where we hold our yoga classes. It has windows overlooking Mont-Royal Avenue. Can be used for any purpose. Capacity : around 10 people. Approx. dimensions (lxW): 25ft x 25ft or 7m50 x 7m50 Surface: 625pc or 56m2 Accessories: Yoga accessories, chairs Sound system. Rental price: $35/hour+taxes.
ROOM 2 THE LARGE ROOM: This is our largest room, where we hold our floor pilates and barre fitness classes. Mirrors and fixed bars cover the walls. Can be used for all purposes. Capacity : around 16 people. Approx. dimensions (lxL): 25ft x 39ft or 7m50 x 12m Surface area: 975pc or 90m2 Accessories: Pilates accessories Sound system. Rental price: $35/hour+taxes.
ROOM 3 REFORMER: This is our reception area. Exclusively reserved for Pilates Reformer classes. Capacity: 10 reformers = 10 people. Approx. dimension (lxL): 25ft x 39ft or 7m50 x 12m Surface: 975pc or 90m2 Accessories: Pilates accessories Sound system. Rental price: $40/hour+taxes.
ROOM 4 PRIVATE/CIRCUIT: This room is used for private sessions as well as group circuit Pilates classes. Capacity: Maximum 10 people for a circuit Pilates class. Equipment: 2 Reformers, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Pilates accessories, etc. Rental price: $33/hour + taxes.
Studio Jean-Talon, located at 7119 rue Saint-Denis (corner Jean-Talon) upstairs, above the Subway Métro restaurant at the Jean-Talon metro exit, occupies a charming upstairs space divided into 2 rooms. Completely renovated in 2018.
Amenities: Second floor, Balcony terrace, Filtered water, Water trough, Air conditioning, Sound system, Locker rooms & Bathroom.
ROOM 1 MIRRORS: This is the room where we hold our floor pilates, yoga and barre fitness classes. Mirrors and stationary bars cover the walls. Can be used for all purposes. Capacity : around 12 people. Approx. dimensions (lxW): 11ft x 37ft or 3m35 x 11m Surface: 405pc or 37m2 Accessories: Pilates accessories. Rental price: $32/hour+taxes.
ROOM 2 ON STREET: This is the room where we hold our Pilates Reformer classes. It is equipped with Balanced Body reformers. Capacity : 7 reformers = 7 people. Approx. dimensions (lxW): 10ft x 30ft or 3m x 9m15 Surface: 300pc or 27m2 Accessories: Reformers and pilates accessories. Rental price $37/hour+taxes.
Located at 8, rue Sherbrooke Est, Studio Sherbrooke occupies modern premises divided into 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, the studio boasts a bright reception area and 2 training rooms. Arranged in duplexes, they are suitable: for reformer classes upstairs and yoga, pilates, barre fitness etc. downstairs.
Amenities: Street level, Air conditioning, Sound system, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Changing rooms, Water fountain.
ROOM 1 REFORMER: This is our superior room reserved exclusively for Pilates Reformer classes. Capacity : 8 reformers = 8 personnes. ROOM 2 LOWER ROOM : A room with mirrors, fixed bars and a window overlooking the garden where we hold our pilates, barre fitness and yoga classes. Can be used for all purposes. Capacity : around 11 people. Approx. dimensions (lxW): 15ft x 30ft or 4m60 x 8m80 Surface: 450pc or 41m2 Accessories: Pilates and yoga accessories. Rental price $35/hour+taxes.
The studio is ideally located at 426 Victoria Avenue, known for its charming shops and calm, welcoming atmosphere.
This large studio has three beautiful rooms: one for pilates circuit classes and private lessons, one for mat-based classes, and a third room for pilates reformer classes.

ROOM 1 CIRCUIT AND PRIVATE CLASSES: This room is reserved for private or semi-private pilates reformer sessions (maximum 2/3 people) and pilates circuit classes (maximum 10 people). Equipment: Barrel, Chair, Reformers, Pilates accessories, Sound system via Spotify. Rental price: $40/hour + taxes.
ROOM 2 MIRRORS AND BARRE: In this beautiful room, we offer mat pilates, barre fitness, and pilates MOTR classes. Mirrors and fixed barres line the walls. Capacity: 14 people. Equipment: Barres, Pilates equipment, and accessories. Rental price: $35/hour + taxes.
ROOM 3 REFORMER: This large, bright room is equipped with 10 reformers. We use it for group classes. Capacity: 10 people. Equipment: Reformers. Rental price: $40/hour + taxes.
Studio Vert-Prana is located on the third floor of a beautiful building at 4365 Saint-Denis (corner Marie-Anne). The studio features a large, bright yoga room, a warm treatment room and a private terrace.
Amenities: Third floor, Large reception area with desk, Air conditioning, Sound system, Women’s changing room with bathroom and shower, Men’s changing room with bathroom and shower, Private terrace.
ROOM 1 YOGA : A room where we hold our yoga classes. Can be used for any purpose. Capacity : around 25 people. Approx. dimensions (lxw) : 5.5m by 13.5m Surface area : 1000pc or 90m2. Accessories : Yoga accessories and balls. Rental price: $35/hour + taxes.
