The benefits of postnatal yoga classes

The benefits of postnatal yoga classes

Increase strength and flexibility

The posture sequences are adapted for new mothers. This class is ideal if you want to increase your strength and flexibility to better cope with the change in your body after pregnancy, without the presence of intensity.

Tone muscles, especially the back

With the weight of the baby, the mother-to-be accentuates the arching of her back, often causing pain. Yoga postures help to create space between the vertebrae and release tension in the back.

Creating a strong bond with baby

After a yoga session, the moment of relaxation is ideal for communicating with your baby. It's a special moment for both of you.
