Layane Duarte - Studio Équilibre Montrtéal

Introduced to yoga nearly 10 years ago, in 2019, Layane completed a 200-hour training at Angie Yoga in Montreal, driven by a desire to deepen her personal practice.

Passionate about the experience, she became a part-time yoga teacher while pursuing her doctoral studies in molecular biology at the University of Montreal.

In 2023, Layane embarked on an intensive 300-hour Hatha yoga training, followed by an Ashtanga immersion with master Chidananda in India. Additionally, she received pranayama training from the great guru BNS Iyengar, the last living disciple of Sri Krishnamacharya, and sound healing training with master Siddha.

Passionate about continuous learning and the development of body and mind, Layane also completed PiYo training with Caroline Rollin in Montreal.

Today, she shares her expertise and passion through classes where she offers her knowledge and dedication to everyone!
