This workshop is the ideal environment to learn the basics of yoga at a pace suitable for beginners, in a caring atmosphere. During this 10-week session, we explain, dissect and discover.

Each week, for 90 minutes, you’ll be guided by certified instructor Audrey through postures, breathing techniques and meditation sessions adapted to your level.

Through a progressive and caring approach, you’ll develop a deep understanding of yoga principles, promoting flexibility, muscular strength and mental clarity.

My favorite book is Goupil ou face by Lou Lubie. My favorite artist is Barbara Pravi. My favorite yoga posture is the iguana or the crocodile, it’s very restorative…

What challenges me most at the moment: Self-confidence. I’m too much of a perfectionist and I ask too much of myself… I’m working on a yoga principle: Ahimsa – Non-violence. Because you always have to honor yourself and be gentle with yourself… Confidence will come later…
