Meditation is one of the fundamental aspects of yoga practice, allowing for a true encounter with oneself. This ten-week workshop offers a journey to understand and practice meditation. Through the study and practice of various meditation techniques, you will gain a better understanding of the benefits and effects of meditation, as well as develop tools to better handle the difficulties encountered during practice.

Built on a progressive pathway, this journey will help you integrate a more regular practice into your daily life and allow you to deepen your personal meditation journey.

This course offers continuing education hours for certified 200-hour yoga teachers. A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the entire course and an exam.

I discovered yoga while going through a long, rather foggy period. Like an unexpected path, this discipline turned out to be the ideal tool for taking necessary action on various problematic aspects of my life. The meeting with my master, Swami Premananda Saraswati, was decisive in my journey, and I will be eternally grateful to him.

I was trained in classical hatha yoga and initiated into the Himalayan tantra tradition. Inspired by the great tradition of master and student, it is mainly through him and his teachings that I have practiced, deepened my knowledge, and evolved in the world of yoga.

In addition, I have also studied meditation and philosophy at a Tibetan Buddhism school. Several years of diligent practice and more than a thousand hours of specialized training in yoga and meditation have completely transformed me and led me on a much more enriching path than I could have imagined. The profession of teaching, which I have been practicing for over 10 years, and that of a trainer, have gradually become established throughout my journey.
