This three-part workshop series invites you to dive deeply into the world of pranayama (breath control) and meditation — two essential pillars of yoga practice.

Through guided exercises, mudras, bandhas, and concentration techniques, you’ll learn to build a 25-minute sequence that you can confidently repeat at home, on your own.

Each session explores a new dimension of breath and awareness, while strengthening your connection to the energetic body. With a progressive and accessible approach, you’ll cultivate a steady and regenerative practice.

Whether you’re new to yoga or more advanced in your journey, this series offers a unique opportunity to explore the subtle intelligence of the breath, sharpen your awareness, and anchor calming rituals into your daily life.

This special moment invites you to fully immerse yourself in your inner world, combining relaxation, guided visualization, and emotional exploration. Through transformational hypnosis, this workshop gently guides you toward a deep reconnection with your true essence, releasing inner blocks and awakening a sense of calm and inner alignment.

Sophianne discovered yoga as a teenager alongside her mother, though its full meaning didn’t immediately resonate with her. It wasn’t until 2018 — after taking one yoga class that quickly turned into five more within the same week — that she truly opened her eyes to a world of movement, spirituality, and healing.In 2024, she completed her teacher training in India at Yoga Sadhana, under the guidance of Acharya Shri Parveen Nair and Uttam Ghosh. She specialized in Embodied Yoga, a form of Hatha yoga that emphasizes mobility, body awareness, and overall well-being.A singer, composer, and jazz arranger, Sophianne is especially drawn to pranayama: “Breath carries me and matters to me in every part of my life.”Today, through her classes, she shares this same sense of presence — with simplicity, sincerity, and always… a smile.
