Studio Mount-Royal

Located upstairs at 1565 Mont-Royal Avenue East (corner Fabre). Studio Mount-Royal, in the heart of the Plateau, occupies a majestic 5000sq.ft. facility, divided into 5 rooms: 3 training rooms, 1 treatment room and 1 room for private classes.

Studio saint-Lambert

Our new studio on the South Shore, in Saint-Lambert, will open its doors in July 2024. We’re thrilled!

The studio is ideally located at 426 Victoria Avenue, known for its pleasant shops and warm, quiet atmosphere.

This large studio will feature three beautiful rooms. You’ll be able to practice Pilates Reformer, as well as Mat Pilates and MOTR la Barre Fitness, Circuit Pilates, Essentrics, and the full range of classes offered by Équilibre.

Studio Jean-Talon

Studio Jean-Talon, located at 7119 Saint-Denis street (corner Jean-Talon) upstairs, above Pressotea. Completely renovated in 2018, the studio occupies a charming upstairs space divided into 2 rooms: one with mirrors for floor classes and a second room with reformers for pilates reformer classes.

Studio Vert Prana

Studio Vert Prana is located on the third floor of a beautiful building at 4365 Saint-Denis Street (corner Marie-Anne). The studio features a large, bright yoga room, a warm treatment room and a private terrace.

Studio sherbrooke

Located at 8 Sherbrooke East Street, Studio Sherbrooke occupies modern premises divided into 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, the studio boasts a bright reception area and 2 training rooms. Arranged in duplexes, they are suitable: for reformer classes upstairs and yoga, pilates, barre fitness etc. downstairs.
