With no performance aspect and no prerequisites, kīrtan is an accessible practice for everyone, focused on relaxation, connection, and inner exploration.

Chanting Workshop – Open to All

This kirtan workshop in Montreal is open to everyone, with no musical experience required.

It is designed for those who wish to:

  • practice meditation through sound
  • reduce stress and mental activity

  • experience a sense of collective connection

Workshop Format

The workshop lasts approximately 1 hour and includes a series of guided chants (around 5).

The chants are simple, repetitive, and inspired by various yoga traditions and sacred music.

This approach allows for a gradual immersion into sound and a natural meditative state.

Kīrtan is an immersive meditative chanting experience that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through the vibration of sound.
