Can’t make it in person? Are you unwell? Don’t worry, some of our classes are also available via video. You just need your mat, your computer, and a good internet connection.
All our video classes are included with our Unlimited Liberty packages. You can also purchase individual Liberty classes à la carte.
Using the tabs, you can sort the classes displayed below according to your preferences: studio location, level, instructor, etc.
Our classes are almost exclusively taught in French. However, the vast majority of our instructors are bilingual. If you are an English speaker, please inform the instructor, and they will adapt the class for you.
A few classes are offered exclusively in English, and this is indicated on the schedule and in the class title on Bsport.
We do not offer free classes, but we have discounted classes for new clients.
Liberté trial class (all disciplines except Reformer): $12 + tax
Pilates Reformer trial class: $16 + tax
Discovery package: 3 Liberté classes (all disciplines except Reformer): $31 + tax
You can only access one of the “Liberté” offers, so choose carefully!

Step 1: Sign up on Bsport by clicking here. You need to create an account on Bsport in order to purchase a package and attend classes at the studio.
Step 2: Purchase your package. Several packages are available. Depending on your needs and goals, choose the one that suits you best.
Step 3: Book your spot. After paying for your classes, you must reserve your spot in the class(es) you want to attend. Be careful! Make sure you choose the correct room.
Classes must be paid online with a MASTERCARD or VISA credit or debit card.
Alternatively, you can make a payment via Interac e-transfer or bank transfer, by request only. Monthly subscriptions can also be paid through direct bank withdrawal.
Cash payments are only possible at our Mont-Royal location. Please contact us in advance to ensure we will be on-site.
