Workshop Schedule

Yin Yoga & Sound Massage (45 minutes)

A gentle and meditative practice featuring long-held postures to work the deep tissues and promote release. Postures are accompanied by therapeutic tuning forks to support relaxation and energetic balance.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath (45 minutes)

Lying comfortably, allow yourself to be guided into deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra), enhanced by a sound bath with therapeutic instruments. This vibrational immersion encourages letting go, regeneration, and a profound meditative state.

Presented by Philippe Edwards & Caroline Mousserin Yoga teacher and musician, Philippe explores the connection between sound, meditation, and awareness through sound yoga, Yin Yoga, and classical Indian singing. Caroline, a Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga instructor, guides her students toward a mindful practice that promotes relaxation, self‑empowerment, and inner reconnection.

For Caroline, yoga is a path of awareness and self-empowerment, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa at the Yoga Sangha Centre in 2022 under Sylvie Tremblay, she continues to deepen her practice in meditation, yoga therapy, Yin Yoga, and pre- and postnatal yoga.

Her approach encourages reconnecting with the body and breath, releasing tension, and fully finding oneself, all while respecting each person’s individual needs.

Yoga teacher and musician, Philippe has been exploring the connection between sound, meditation, and consciousness for over ten years. Initiated into the Vedanta tradition at the Sivananda Ashram under the guidance of Yogacharya Prahaladji, he also completed training in Yin Yoga with Mélanie Richards.

Passionate about Indian classical music, he has been studying Hindustani singing since 2012 and continues his learning in classical music and sound yoga with the Gundecha brothers, masters of Dhrupad.

Since 2013, he has been teaching in Montreal, leading kirtans, singing circles, and meditation and sound yoga workshops.
