Introduced to yoga 10 years ago, Layane began her practice out of simple curiosity and a desire to know herself more deeply. In 2018, she completed a 200-hour training in Montreal to deepen her personal practice, discovering the joy of sharing her knowledge. During her doctoral studies in molecular biology at the Université de Montréal, she taught yoga part-time, combining scientific rigor with body awareness.

Layane then completed a 300-hour Hatha Yoga training, followed by an Ashtanga immersion with Master Chidananda in India. She also trained in pranayama with the great guru BNS Iyengar, the last living disciple of Krishnamacharya, and in sound healing with Master Siddha. Always eager for body and mind growth, she enriched her path with PiYo training with Caroline Rollin and Pilates training with Ann McMillan in Montreal.

Today, she shares her expertise and passion through classes where technique, mindfulness, and joy meet—helping everyone progress at their own pace and reconnect with themselves.
