Reiki is a Japanese stress-reduction and relaxation technique that also promotes healing.
Reiki is based on the idea that an invisible "vital energy" circulates within us and sustains us. If our "vital energy" is low, we're more likely to fall ill or feel stress, and if it's high, we're more likely to be happy and healthy.
Two Japanese words make up the word Reiki: "Rei" spirit and "ki" energy. Reiki means: the energy of the spirit, or the power of the spirit. It is the union of meditation and relaxation. Body and mind enter into a complete experience.

From an early age, I was attracted to the martial arts. I’ve always considered martial arts to be an exchange of energy that offers the opportunity to develop the ability to perceive the energy of others. Based on the observation of physical energy exchanges in martial arts, my path led me to another energy-centered discipline: Reiki.
I deepened my knowledge by studying the Usui Reiki system until I reached the level of Master Practitioner. In my quest for learning, I continued my studies in another Reiki system, Holy Fire Usui Ryoho, with the aim of becoming a Master Teacher. I had the opportunity to receive my Master Teacher diploma from the founder of the Holy Fire Usui Ryoho Reiki system, Master William Lee Rand. I then went on to enrich my skills with post-mastery training in the Karuna Reiki system, under the tutelage of Master Elena Oulianova.
Reiki energy exerts its influence on spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels. Guided by a spiritual dimension, its practice encourages the development of our talents and skills, whatever their nature. It also promotes physical healing, emotional unblocking, overcoming mental barriers and spiritual enlightenment. At Studio Équilibre, I offer Reiki sessions and courses, as well as meditation sessions.
